Ablrate pronounced 'Able - Rate' was named as such because we specialise in Asset Backed Lending where we bring Lending Members together with businesses that are seeking loans for asset backed transactions.

The Platform was created by industry veterans in aircraft, marine, and capital equipment leasing and we will be expanding the Platform to include property assets in both the UK and Europe. 

Our team have concluded numerous transactions in the asset backed lending space including 360+ aircraft transactions and numerous capital equipment transactions. We have witnessed the squeeze on capital available for these types of opportunities due to the banks reducing loan to values and even exiting the space to comply with higher capital requirements required by regulators throughout the world.

To counter these restrictions we turned to other peer-lending platforms to solve the issue but none were suitable for our requirements so we decided to create our own. We will use our expertise to bring businesses and lenders together in order to give lenders an opportunity to make higher yields and give businesses access to the capital they need.

We aim to bring our Lending Members very high quality, institutional grade opportunities not available on other platforms that are transparent, backed by quality assets and involving professional businesses.

Our platform has been designed to be easy to use, have great support services and provide our Lending Members with the tools they need to build a quality portfolio of loans.
