Asset Finance  through peer Lending

Ablrate is a peer lending platform that provides asset finance to a diverse range of businesses. Our platform was initially launched to allow our Lending Members access to the lucrative aircraft leasing space. The sector is highly regulated, has bank finance involved and can provide lenders with excellent returns and security. The platform will be expanded, over the coming months, to give Lending Members access to asset finance deals in capital equipment, property and any other transactions where our members have good security and high yeilds.

The site was developed by leading managment in aircraft leasing, finance and asset leasing having completed over 360 aircraft transactions and numerous leasing transactions. The Ablrate site came about when we looked at various other platforms to solve the funding issues that many lessors and lessees are facing when it comes to getting their projects financed. Unfortunately many of the platforms we looked at were too restrictive on assets that could be funded. The solution... well we decided to build the solution ourselves and Ablrate was born. Ablrate was named as the 'abl' stands for 'Asset Backed Lending' which is at the core of our platform and will remain so.

Having launched in July 2014 we have been building a solid reputation for delievering on what we promise for Lenders and, as such, we have been featured by a number of press outlets including Reuters, Share Magazine, Crowd Fund Insider and many more.
