This support platform is integrated with Ablrate, so when you are logged into Ablrate you will be automatically logged into the support platform.
You will be able to access our frequently asked questions and our forums where members can interact with other members and Ablrate. We have a 'Features Request' section where you will be able to let us know where improvements can be made on the Platform and we will give feedback on what we have done about those suggestions.
We value your privacy and that of our business customers so the platform is only able to be accessed by logged in members. We believe this will stop spam and allow us to maintain more valuable communications with our members.
The system will also manage our support through a ticketing system. You will be able to submit a support ticket which will be routed to the best person to deal with your request and you will be able to monitor these tickets and access directly the responses from our support staff.
