Asset Finance  through peer Lending

As a Lending Member on Ablrate you will have the tools to invest your capital efficiently in asset backed transactions. We will post loan requests from our business users that are seeking funding for capital equipment and property transactions, we are also the world's first and only platform to allow lenders to review loan requests in aircraft transactions.

In most transactions there will be bank funding and equity in place from the borrower themselves. Each borrower will be looking to our Lending Members to provide a third level of funding to boost the equity level of the borrower so that they can reach the loan to value levels required by the banks. As the lessor will be making lease fees from transactions (or profits for property developers) they are able to offer good interest levels to complete their transactions, to the benefit of our members.

Each transaction is reviewed by ourselves, but also reviewed by a professional company involved in that industry, either aircraft, capital equipment or property. This extra level of review gives additional comfort to our Lending Members that each transaction has been vetted by professionals in the industry as well as banks that are involved in the transaction.

Our borrowers will offer fixed rate loans as well as auction based loans for you to review and Ablrate gives you sophisticated tools to manage your portfolio. We have instigated a dedicated platform for support, forums and feedback where you can become involved in our community and share the knowledge of those using the platform.
