Asset Finance  through peer Lending

The borrowers who will most benefit from using the Ablrate platform to raise funds will be those who are looking to fund asset backed transactions. We invite borrowers who are looking to fund income generating transactions such as leasing opportunities, property development and other transactions where a quality asset is used to secure the funds required.

As a borrower you will be able to post loan requests to our Lending Members who will evaluate your project by veiwing the information you have posted about your loan requirements. 

You are able to post a fixed rate loan request where Lending Members invest on the basis of the interest rate you have posted or you can list your loan on an auction basis where Lending Members bid for a part of your loan selecting the interest rate they require within a range that you have posted. 

Our platform is aimed at sophisticated investors who are able to evaluate your transactions and make value based jusdgements on the loans that you request. The best experience you will have on the platform is where your loan request is thoroughly detailed for our Lending Members giving them as much information as possible to make their decisions.

If you are an aircraft lessor or lessee we are the first platform, and we believe the only platform, to offer aircraft lessors the opportunity to fund the mezzanine level of funding often required in such transcations. Our management has vast experience in the leasing market and we have sponsors who can work with you to create a compelling loan request that appeals to our Lending Members' objectives and which will help your loan get funded.
